  • Other spaces: A well-equipped kitchen with a belfast sink and welsh dresser stocked with crockery and cutlery.

  • Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & sink.

  • Woodburning stove.

  • Electricity.

  • Included: Linen and towels, welcome pack with essentials, firewood (more can be bought on site). Games chest to keep everyone entertained.

Hedgerow (Sleeps 6)

£200 / per night. Minimum Two Night Stay.

  • Sleeps 6 People: Bedroom with a double bed (4’6”), bedroom with a double cupboard bed (4’6”), bedroom with a bunk bed (3’0).

  • We don’t have Reception on site.

    On arrival we ask guests to call the mobile number provided on your booking confirmation.

  • What extras can I add-on?

    Hot tub £150/per stay. (Pear Trees only)

    Can I bring my own BBQ?

    Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

    If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

    No electric or gas barbecues allowed.

    Can I have visitors on site?

    Yes, you can have visitors on site. All visitors must leave by 11:00PM.

    Arrivals and departures

    • No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures will be issued.

    We will send you further check-in information 5 day(s) before your arrival.

    Changes to your holiday

    • Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day (s) of the arrival date.

    Extras

    • Motorbikes are not allowed on the farm.

    General

    • Bookings are non-transferable.

    • In the event of a complaint, please call us on the mobile number provided before departure/whilst you are still on site. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

    • Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 10 a.m.

    • Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

    • Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your booking. Luxury Camping at Woodhouse Farm. Payments to be made by BACS.

    You can also opt to pay the full amount at the time of your booking, or at any point before the due date.
